City Council Meeting

Catherine ReadGood evening. I would like to call the regular meeting of September 30th, 2025 to order. Please note the public hearing for the firearms ordinance will be held as a work session item tonight. The public hearing will be rescheduled to a date certain. Also, the Willard Sherwood land use application public hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, October the 14th, 2025. For anyone who may have come expecting a different agenda, as sometimes we do move things around in a way that makes sense for the work that we're trying to do here on the dais. If you are able and so choose, please rise for the Pledge of Allegiance. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States

FosterstaffChair Greg Musil They're not. I mean, they're, yeah, they're I mean, if you're looking ahead, there is a public hearing, there are two public hearings on the 14th already. The first one on Willard Sherwood potentially would have generate public interest and public comment in terms of like how long we're going to be here. My suspicion is the second public hearing will not really generate much public comment. That's more of a housekeeping item, but it does require a public hearing. and then the 28th the current public hearing scheduled is for the license agreement at this moment for breckenridge for gas lighting again i'm sure they'll come i don't think that will generate a ton of additional public comment so and then on the 18th you have two public hearings

Thomas PetersonChair Greg Musil. So we will be talking about Willard Sherwood at some point. And at what point prior to that time will be, will we be receiving information about that? Is that going to be just a couple days in advance or is there going to be an advance presentation that we receive at a prior meeting? How's that all going to work?
