I mentioned it gets a little more sparse as we move along, but of note on the 22nd public hearing and council action on redevelopment of existing office complex into 14 townhouses at Highlands at Mantua, 94-95 Silver King Court. So that's scheduled for a public hearing at that time. as we move into the next few months October work session we have penciled in our discussion on the legislative program so we'll start that process as we move forward on the 7th I'll have JC talk briefly about kind of budget we've made some tweaks and the tentative scheduling around that so I want him to if he would address that for us
