  Outcome: Budget Director Gwen Riddle presented the staff report on the $1,815,512 supplemental appropriation resolution. No Council action was taken at this work session.

  Outcome: Council reached three consensus decisions: (1) cancel the June 27, 2026 City Council Retreat; (2) schedule a special meeting on June 30, 2026, to conduct board/commission/advisory committee interviews for the Grievance Panel Board, Historic Fairfax City, Inc., and Planning Commission applicants; and (3) pilot earlier 4:00 p.m. start times for City Council Work Session meetings beginning September 1, 2026.
