At the September 9, 2024 Planning Commission meeting, Mr. Coleman seconded Ms. Lockhart's motion to recommend approval of the GDP amendment.
Coleman served as the Planning Commission's liaison to the Façade Interior Improvement Program and provided the Commission with a FIIP update at the November 25, 2024 meeting. He was formally reappointed to the liaison role by a 7-0 vote on January 13, 2025.
Commissioner Coleman voted yes on the motion to recommend approval of the rezoning and General Development Plan at the June 23, 2025 Planning Commission meeting, and no on the motion to recommend denial.
