The proposed modifications included a building addition, dual drive-through lanes, and widening of the pick-up window lane. At the September 9, 2025 City Council meeting, all three motions were approved unanimously (6-0) following a public hearing. The approvals were subsequently noted in the Planning Commission staff report at the October 13, 2025 regular meeting.
