It provides theatrical performances and arts education programs to the community. The organization has been a recurring recipient of City funding: in March 2025, Theatre Company representatives appeared at the FY26 budget public hearing to request continued City Council support, with that hearing remaining open through April 8, 2025. The company has also participated in broader city arts events, including a planned evening performance at Veterans Amphitheater as part of the Fairfax Spotlight on the Arts Festival's 40th anniversary celebration in 2025.
As recently as December 2025, the company performed 'A Backstage Christmas' at Katherine Johnson Middle School (December 12–21), as noted in a School Board student representative report. By summer 2026, the company was producing a staging of "Frozen," which was actively playing as of late July 2026.
