So moving on for the first, and I would say that things will get more tentative as we move later in the year, to include the fact that we'll need to add items that currently are on here. We have a pre-application briefing on a mixed-use development for Circle Gateway 520 Blenheim Boulevard. And then we have a discussion on youth sports. That's been on here listed as tentative I know there was a recent meeting and some conversation I know a lot of this is a function of Maybe the work that's going to come out of that But we're certainly willing to have that that discussion if council is interested into September. So it's on here, continues to be on here. I think we'll still need to track
Billy BatesA quick question since Brooke's still here. The Circle Gateway project that we're going to be looking at on the 1st of September, Is that, you know, same developer, same similar project to what we've seen before or something different?
