Discussion and update on potential amendments to the Zoning Ordinance related to adopted Small Area Plans.
2:50:01Paul Nabtestaffdraft, but still more than what was ultimately approved. The botanists currently under construction in North Facts, the proposed amendments would result in less density, maximum density than the previous draft, which is also less than what was approved. For City Center West, this is the previous version that was approved a couple of years ago. This would be the only one that would have more density potentially earned than the previous draft. This is because that project has a significant commercial component, and that is the one added density incentive that we have. And then the Davies property, this would result in less density than what was approved and less density from the previous draft.
Stacy HallOkay. I have mixed feelings on that one. And then the rest of slide 10, this talks about, for example, at the botanist,
Okay, but if there's no, so let's break this one down a little bit further then. So the botanist, they only have 5,000. That's what they proposed.
Billy BatesSo first off, just a quick question that occurred to me earlier. Let's say that we have a building with a garage attached to it. Let's say that they're the same height but the building itself is seven stories like in compliance with North Facts. I'm thinking of like the botanist there. and then the garage is, say, around eight or nine stories, but they're the same roof height or whatever you want to call it. Would, in terms of this ordinance, would you go by the height of the building itself or the height of the garage?
