Green Acres Senior Center

Fairfax Village in the City is a volunteer-driven community program affiliated with the National Village to Village Network that supports older adults and adults with disabilities in the City of Fairfax who wish to remain living independently at home. It provides services such as transportation to medical appointments, light home repairs, yard work, and social programming, while also working to combat social isolation.
